Vieux Carre Seafood & Meats was established in 2012 by James Dore, Blaine Prestenbach, and Craig Walker. Our mission is to have a direct link to the products we represent. Growing up in South LA we take pride in our natural resources and have made direct connections with the fisherman and farmers to bring local products to the market place.
